With roots in professional alpine sports, Gøran brings a performance mindset to leadership and team development. He coaches people to become trustful, committed and capable. And he believes in continuous learning as a basis for success.

For over two decades, Gøran has supported leaders in some of Norway’s most demanding industries onshore and offshore. He is recognised for creating an honest and authentic atmosphere where psychological safety and courage in relationships form the foundation for growth.

Marie Elkjær, Associate partner

With a background in strategic communications, Marie helps leaders and teams define direction and develop the courage to be clear. She believes that trust and clarity are stepping stones for progress and performance and she helps you build that foundation.

For more than 20 years, Marie has held senior communication and leadership roles, advising executives and leading complex change in global business. She is recognised for her ability to combine strategic thinking with empathy and energy.
